Meet Your Coach, Dawn Wilson

If you desire to live a divinely inspired, sumptuous life, where Spirituality is your foundation, it’s integrated in your life and health, wellness, self-care, and creativity are your cornerstones, I’m the coach for you. If a juicy, richly hued life is beckoning to you, and you know there must be more to this, I’d love to partner with you to help you realize a most Sumptuous life.

As a spiritual life coach, I recognize that we are inseparable from Source/God/Allah/The Animating Force of All Life, or whatever name one associates with the All- the Force. Therefore, I am aware that the answers to all of our questions are within; they’re right here. We all have/are our own inner Guru.   

From this Truth, I coach. What I bring to the coaching partnership is firstly the knowledge of who we truly are.  As well, I will provide the support you need to turn you back towards yourself, so you can tap into and ultimately live from your own inner guru; again, you have the answers. And yet, as I know from years of disciplined practice, the spiritual path can feel daunting, slow, and isolating at times.

Coaching can assists us in closing the gap/gaps in our life where what we desire is different from how we’re currently living; this happens when we liberate ourselves from the things that get in the way of us creating the lives of our dreams. Some of the things that could be blocking you are limiting beliefs, conditioning, suffocating thoughts, old narratives, dirty pain, habits that conflict with your dreams, and fear. I will support you in bringing forth your own inner clarity and courage to light your spiritual path.

If there are some aspects of your life that don’t feel aligned with the sumptuous life you desire, if you feel you’re living small in some ways, if you feel discontent, I’d like to support you in creating the life you so desire to live.

Who am I, and what do I have to offer?

I was a young single mom who worked three jobs for a good stretch, while I raised my son and went to college.  After decades as an educator-being an employee, I’m now an entrepreneur as well, pursuing my total liberation.

I grew up with my devout, Christian grandmother where I was first introduced to religion/spirituality.  The contradictions I saw in these teachings really stimulated my curiosity.  In the 70’s and 80’s, New Age teachings caught my attention.  All that I’d been exposed to created fertile space within which I could explore the nature of who we truly are.  

Spirituality is at the forefront of my life- and so spiritual evolution, spiritual practice, integrity, and alignment are what I strive for in how I show up; health, wellness, and self-care which includes creativity and communing in nature are essential to my Sumptuous life. I am insatiably curious about Consciousness, life, creativity, art, music, connection, personal and spiritual growth and expansion, cultures, and nature.
